Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the QR Se Print app ("the app") does with information. The app is operated by QR Se Print (qrseprint.in). It is used by print shop owners to receive and print their customers' files.

Information the app uses

• Shop sign-in: your Shop ID and password. The password is sent securely (HTTPS) to qrseprint.in to verify your sign-in. The app does not store your password.
• Device link: a random device key created by the app and your device's model name (for example "Samsung SM-A155F"). They let the server make sure a Shop ID is used on only one device at a time and show the shop owner which device is signed in.
• Customer print files: the files your customers send for printing are downloaded from qrseprint.in only to print them. They are kept in the app's private storage while printing and deleted right after. The server also deletes them after printing.
• Print history: file names, dates, print settings and results are stored only on your device so you can see recent jobs.
• Printer information: the name of the connected USB printer is sent to your shop dashboard so you can see which printer is in use.

Advertising

The app does not show ads and does not use your device's advertising ID. Version 1.3.0 and newer do not contain any advertising code. (Older versions included the Google AdMob library for a Free plan that no longer exists; it is no longer used.)

What the app does not do

• It does not sell your information, and it never shares customer files or print history with anyone.
• It does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
• It does not back up customer files or print history to any cloud service.

Permissions

• USB access, to send print jobs to the printer connected by USB OTG.
• Internet, to receive print jobs from qrseprint.in.
• Notifications and foreground service, to keep the agent running in the background and to tell you when a job prints, fails or needs your approval.
• Run at start-up, to start the agent again after the phone restarts.

Security

All communication with qrseprint.in uses HTTPS. Customer files are removed from the device as soon as they are printed.

Deleting your data

Signing out in the app removes the device link from the server and stops all printing on that device. Uninstalling the app deletes the print history and any remaining files from the device. To delete your shop account and all of its data from qrseprint.in, contact QR Se Print support on WhatsApp (+91 84048 32414) from your registered mobile number. We will delete the account within 30 days.

Children

The app is a business tool for print shop owners and is not intended for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
