Scan the QR shown on your PC with your shop's WhatsApp. Done once.

Your shop QR poster is ready. Print it and stick it at your counter or shop front.
The customer scans your QR. WhatsApp opens with “Hello Print My Document” already typed — they only tap Send.
PDF, photo, Word or Excel — the customer just sends it in the chat.
The file comes out of your own printer, right at your shop. The customer collects it and pays you.
Everything runs locally on your shop PC (localhost). Customer files and chats never go to a QR Se Print server.

WhatsApp Se Print is not digitally signed. Because of this, Windows may show a security alert such as “Windows protected your PC” when you install or open it. To continue, click More info and then Run anyway, and install it anyway. Your browser or antivirus may also warn you; if it does, choose to keep or allow the file.
On Windows 11 with Smart App Control turned on, Windows may block the software completely, with no Run anyway option. If this happens, WhatsApp us before you buy.
